Data look-up and data capture challenges are solved with Toreion Mobile Forms. These user configured forms allow back-office administrators to quickly and easily publish mobile forms to enable field service workers to capture data while working on remote jobsites using their internet enabled iPhone or Blackberry devices. Mobile forms include field definitions for free form text, drop-down lists, calendar controls, check boxes. Administrators simply define the data fields and publish the resulting form to their community of users.
Field service users can search and retireve data from the system or create new entries using the mobile form on their mobile device. Once captured on the mobile device data is stored in the back-office database so that it is visible to other users through the Toreion Information Portal or their mobile device. Also, data can be used to execute business logic rules embedded in the forms workflow so that automated notifications occur or event actions are triggered.
