Exchange
Transaction Management allows buyers and suppliers to have extensive visibility into the Requisition to Payment cycle. Contract Management
Contracts are used in the Toreion e-procurement system as a method to override a list price stored in the online catalog as well as to filter the buyer’s view of items in the online catalog. This module can be used in conjunction with the Buyer Price file option to update specific item prices by customer, customer location or buyer.

Bulk data synchronization is possible from remote data silos using configurable data templates, multiple transmission methods and supported data protocols [structured flat file, XML, cXML] or through real-time data sharing using web service messaging.
Price Management
Price Management involves all the price administration activities required, by trading partners after a contract has been awarded, to ensure compliance with the terms of the contract. These tools include a Price Editor for bulk price updates, price change event scheduler, price compliance validation and price change approval workflows. As such, Price Management is a primary value added benefit for the buyer to manage price compliance; as well as, for the supplier to ensure an auditable process tracks price changes.
